Business had slumped due to COVID-19 and they wanted to make sure that they could keep all their staff working.

Our Approach
We started the project with research into the local competitors in the plumbing industry to see what they were doing, what was working well for them and any opportunities we could pursue to get Jim Freeman Plumbing the best results. Speed was imperative, so we got to work quickly.
With keyword list and strategy in hand, we built out the website framework with the focus on these opportunities. Our lead copywriter worked with Mikey of Jim Freeman Plumbing to create locally optimised and keyword targeted website pages that would funnel the visitors to the successful conversion.
Google Analytics has been set up to track visitor statistics and track conversions (email & phone contact) so that we can better tell which search engine and advertising strategies are working best. Continual SEO tracking and optimisation, as well as continued content generation has also been implemented to make sure we continue to see Jim Freeman Plumbing climb through the search rankings.
We have implemented a live testimonial feed directly from Google, so new reviews are instantly and automatically brought over to the website and prominently displayed. The company phone number is prominently displayed on any device so that potential customers can always get in touch without searching for contact information.

The Result

Since the website’s inception, Jim Freeman Plumbing’s Google rankings have continued to grow. From zero web presence at all, within a year the website is ranking at the top of Google for 29 of the targetted keywords, with many others in the second and third position.
